About This Compound
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157, a pentadecapeptide derived from human gastric juice protein BPC) and TB-500 (the actin-binding fragment of Thymosin Beta-4) are the two most frequently paired peptides in preclinical tissue-repair literature. They are studied through different mechanisms — BPC-157 largely through VEGFR2 and nitric-oxide signalling, TB-500 through actin sequestration and cell migration — which is why researchers run them together.
