Shipping, returns & policies

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day from our United States fulfillment center. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or at weekends are processed the next business day.

We ship to all 50 US states and do not offer international shipping. All orders arrive in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents, and tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it with the carrier.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging with all labels intact. “Unopened” means the plastic flip-off cap and tamper-evident seal on the vial have not been removed, punctured or otherwise compromised.

Because storage conditions cannot be verified once product leaves our chain of custody, we cannot accept returns on items held longer than 14 days or with a compromised seal. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order arrives incorrect or damaged, email us within 7 days with photographs and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

Products on this page are laboratory consumables sold strictly for research and laboratory use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic, food or cosmetic use. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and will use the product only for legitimate research purposes.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including where pricing is listed in error or fraud is suspected, and will refund any payment taken in that case. Hospira and Pfizer are trademarks of their respective owners; we resell genuine, sealed manufacturer product and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

We collect only what an order needs: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source.

That information is used to process and ship orders, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send promotional email. We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the service providers who make an order possible: payment processors, shipping carriers and our email provider. Cookies remember your cart and preferences and support analytics and click-fraud detection; you can control them in your browser. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
